Dan’s sales career started in college, and he moved up the corporate ladder until he realized his passion and his definition of success weren’t aligned. He was playing someone else’s game. So he decided to change the game and do something different.

He loved sales, but the traditional rules didn’t make any sense. They seemed to always give the prospect control of the conversation and the salesperson all of the ownership. So he started Lappin180.

Creating Lappin180 wasn’t easy, but Dan has allowed three principles to guide his success:

  • Family first
  • Do something you love
  • No excuses—the only restriction for success is you

Dan lives for his family of six. He’s always motivated by life’s experiences, and the opportunity to create.
