We don’t just sell, we change the conversation with Lappin180 prospects. We do this the exact same way we teach our clients to approach their prospects. We practice what we teach. Our delivery comes straight from real life application and experience, not psychological theory. Our philosophies are based on how human beings struggle through and make decisions.

Our delivery won’t make much of a difference if you are threatened by new ideas, stuck in your past, or simply interested in gaining knowledge. We will share the real stories and experiences behind each concept, so you can find your cadence and make the approach your own. We don’t want you to sound like us. How We Deliver

Our approach takes a close look at your behavioral attributes and how these align with the skills necessary for success. We’ll help you adjust your behaviors, expectations, and intent prior to a prospect conversation. Our process promotes more self-awareness, ownership, conviction, and evolution. We also show you a different way to have sales conversations and how to drive positive change for both you and your prospects.

We deliver our process in six ways:

Large Group Workshops.

These workshops are key to creating cultural improvement and ownership. We’ll deliver thought-provoking content to be debated and challenged.

Small Group Workshops.

This experience creates positive peer accountability where everyone raises the bar for each other. We use small groups to dive into content and processes so each person can reflect on their experiences and challenge each other on the validity of their approach and results. This creates a very strong environment of accountability, improvement, and growth.

Select One-On-One Sessions.

These sessions serve as a discovery and guide to breaking through individual performance struggles. We’ll involve spending time with one of our coaches to work through what it takes to become elite.

24/7 Online Access.

Our 24/7 access to online content and support lets you prepare for prospect conversations anytime, anywhere. Content is structured as short videos, PDFs, and role-play scenarios.

Performance Assessment.

The right performance assessments are a blueprint to your next level of success. They help you align your natural tendencies with the skills you need.

Engagement.

Our growth engagements have a minimum of 12 months. These programs are customized to each of our clients based on what they are trying to accomplish. The minimum commitment is one business day per month focused on doing the hard work needed to break comfort zones, evolve and grow.
