Join Our Team

The door of opportunity is open. We are looking for another standard disruptor – another performance coach to join our team. An individual who is ready to take the competitive lessons learned from their past experiences and launch themselves into an uncertain new world of coaching against the grain, creating where others are blinded, and changing people’s lives.

Our ambition is to find someone who will not only challenge clients but also challenge us. Someone who will add to our high expectation and high reward culture. This person has to believe that their best is still out there, and they have to have a passion for wanting to help others find theirs.

We know this individual will be hard to find, but it will be worth the time and effort. Interested individuals should contact Amber Cronk at Amber@Lappin180.com.

Job Description

Lappin180 is a professional sales coaching firm designed to help organizations to think very differently about what it means to be in sales, and the processes used to sell. Since its inception over 10 years ago, Lappin180’s approach has evolved into a high-performance sales program combining insight into how and why human beings make decisions and resist change. Ironically, there’s a symbiotic relationship here between the companies we consult, the individuals we coach, and the prospects they call on – an innate fear and inertia toward change that holds progress and evolution back.

As a team, we teach from experience. It’s called walking the walk, and that’s how elite performance is created. Yes, we have the academics and research to support our unique approach, but in the real world of business risk, sales rejection, performance self-doubt, and pressure – it’s the experience of doing and lessons learned that lights the path.

We are looking to add a very select individual to our team. This individual must have a passion for challenging themselves and using those lessons learned to help others do the same. It’s not about having all the answers, but empowering others to invest in their own search and helping them to hold themselves accountable. To be a part of our team – you have to understand the power of creating positive conversational tension, breaking comfort zones, and setting new standards for yourself and clients.

  • Deliver and experience the Lappin180 prospecting process to build your book of business – executing the same process and philosophy you would coach your clients
  • Manage your personal branding to align with the Lappin180 team approach (social media)
  • Manage all activities in CRM as you would coach clients

Professional Development Responsibilities:

  • Build and Execute your own growth process to create a new personal standard
