Our events come in a variety of lengths and formats and are always customized to our audience. Tension

If your prospect is going to consider making a change, they will have to work themselves through the human process of overestimating what they have and/ or do, and underestimating what can be gained with you.

Transparency

Part of the human process for building trust is being able to look ahead and determine if what lies ahead will hurt or harm – and this is exactly what your prospects do when they share their time with you and try to assess if making a change to you will benefit them. So, it’s important that you help the prospect understand the intent of your conversation and help them anticipate and prepare for the difficult questions you will ask.

Objectivity

If you want your prospect to make an objective decision on change – one void of past “relationship loyalties,” you will need to communicate your objectivity first. This means having a process to detox from your sales mindset which is vested in a sales outcome, so the prospect hears and feels the credibility of your questions and expertise. Your objectivity is a critical ingredient in creating the trust that your prospect needs to make that leap of faith into the unknown in choosing you.

The level of knowledge, practical application, and process you develop will depend on the length of your exposure to our philosophies. Sorry if you’re looking for a quick fix. There are none in the process of becoming elite.
